Thanks. The Traffic Flow mod doesn't seem to affect the rear enders much, I think it just focuses on spawning more vehicles to avoid the taxi stuff.

I get the taxi bug quite often, I just haven't bothered to install the traffic mod yet. Thanks.

Try pressing CTRL + DEL for a debug. Sometimes that helps when it happens to me.

Hm, I'm not sure then. I don't know if there's a way to mix the Dispatch radio station and the music stations in-game.

I've gotten a couple of random car chases in RC2, but most of the random events seem to be foot pursuits.

The Dispatch radio station is separate from the music channels. Normally, I just find a digital police radio scanner on the internet and play it in the background. That way, I can have the music channel playing on the radio in-game, and I'm hearing the random radio chatter in the background. The chatter won't be game related though.

Unless I'm mistaken, suggestions are not currently being taken. However, try this trick. When you're pulling over a vehicle, spam Shift. If you hit Shift over and over, it tends to start a pursuit. Just spam the button until the guy runs. That way, you can easily start a pursuit without having to pull over everyone and their mother waiting for one.

To get a custom car, download the model and the skin and install it with SparkIV. There are quite a few tutorials on how to use SparkIV flying around.

I was more referring to the specific model that the skin was designed for. (BxBugs Undercover Crown Vic) It wasn't intended to say that the skin is undercover, lol. Thanks for the suggestions though.
