Hey LCPDFR, well I'm gonna get my the Gta 4: Episodes from liberty city right, & I was just wondering once I get it and do I like download the mods or anything like that? Please respond!

To get LCPDFR, go to the downloads section and download LCPDFR and install it.

Do you mean as in a custom modded car or one that is default with the game?

One question does it matter if I get regular gta 4 or episodes from lib city and I mean like the one that people has on youtube

You can play with any version of GTA IV.

To get a custom car, download the model and the skin and install it with SparkIV. There are quite a few tutorials on how to use SparkIV flying around.
