Hello robmiggs, We 3D modelers mostly use 3ds max or Zmodeler for GTA 4. I guess Blender would work if you can export as either .obj or .3ds. Zmodeler can open those files, although I suggest exporting in .obj format, it makes things alot easier. We use 3DS max to make the model, and we do the converting in Zmodeler. Although some people make and convert stuff in Zmodeler. So the answer to your question would be yes, as long as you can export the 3D model(s) as .obj or .3ds I hope this answers your question!!!

That is a Chevy Silverado 2500 (the mirrors and body tell you) extended cab, Chevy came out with that particular generation in 2003-2007, I believe the one in the pic is any where from 2004-2006. The hood screams 2500! The lift looks like a 4"-6" lift.

A dummy is used to tell Gta 4 where an object or light or door is, etc. Dummies are blue boxes you see in Zmod. Dummies are important when making ELS lights from scratch. But in your case don't pay them any attention. Refer to this tut for help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9BOEQWFrvQ#t=0

I would like to help you convert this, but I need the 3d file, its easier if you just convert the whole Tahoe instead of trying to place parts from the old one and putting it on the new one. IMO I am new to Zmod but I understand hierarchy, dummies, etc, therefore I should be able to convert.
