Lol, okay then. I thought you meant the plural. But in that case (officer's = officer is) it's correct, of course. Sorry. ^^ It looked like you meant multiple officers, just with the apostrophe. There are many people who don't understand that the plural is been written without the apostrophe. :D

Realy nice work! But you should correct a sentence of a callout: "Attention all units, illegal street race in progress, officer's requiring assistance." I've marked it red, i don't know how the small thing is called in english. ^^

I know, but there won't spawn any roadblock at any spot, idk why. I also set AllowRoadblocks to true. I'm sorry, I didn't see where I was posting it. I know this script, I've seen this when I searched the internet for a roadblock script. I didn't use it because i thought it was only spawning some roadblocks at the airport, because the description said something like that (on the modding website). I'm going to try it. I know, this is possible ingame aswell, but I don't like the concrete roadblocks, it is boring when the car just crashes into it. ^^

Hello, since LCPDFR v1.0 the roadblock of the vdH Policehelper doesn't work well. The cops get into their cars and join the pursuit instead of waiting for the suspect, me and the other cops chasing the criminal. So they are quite useless. And the roadblocks spawned by LCPDFR v1.0 itself are pretty rare. Does anyone know a roadblock script or how to prevent them from just getting into their cars?

Hello, at first, I want you to know that you've done awesome work with v1.0 and I'm very thankfull that you have made a hotfix that fast! But there are two things I can download: LCPDFR 1.0a Hotfix.zip and LCPDFR 1.0a Manual Install.zip. Wich one do I need? Or do I need both? I've downloaded both ones, but I don't know how to do it correctly. Thanks for answers.

Hello, when I request a roadblock I get a "fatal error" after a minute, or nothing happens. That's not the case for randomly created/natural roadblocks. They work well. And sometimes, when I'm in a pursuit (most times in stolen vehicle calls) I get a fatal error without any reason. I accept, drive one minute and suddenly this fatal error window pops up. The "normal" crashes are very rare, that's awesome. But the fatal errors aren't, sich is very annoying when I'm in a really nice pursuit. There's a key option called StartChaseOnPed (LControll). Does anyone know how this works or how to use it? When I press LControll nothing happens, not even when I aim at a ped/suspect. Logs attached, but I'm not sure if I need to attach the AdvancedHookInit.log. I'm not using it, because I've installed the taser manually.

Yep, same here. Not even the roadblocks of the vdH PH won't work. When you've requested it, they just start chasing he suspect except.. blocking the road. And if the suspects are down/arrested the blips of the roadblock-vehicles will be bugged and visible all the time.

Ahh.. finaly I know how to request a helicopter. But.. there's a key-option called "StartChaseOnPed" (key: LControll), wich doesn't work. Also, when I press Alt/Menu, a small square pops up in the middle, what does this do? Or how does it work? Edit: Of course I know that the square is the aim menu, but at first it didn't work for me. My partner went to any random location. But now it seems to be working.

Take a clean GTA IV directory, install everything you need and then LCPDFR. That's how I've done it, works great. Not perfect but great.

Since I removed the AdvancedHookInit.asi and installed the taser manually, the game works great (more or less). But IF it crashes, I get a "Visual C++ runtime error" (R6025 I guess, didn't remember). This is really annoying when I'm in a chase or shoot-out. Is there a way to get rid of this ones?

Yes, I do have this files (and even a WeaponInfo.xml.back). But it worked once and then never again, it's pretty annoying when I have to kill running suspects.

The taser still doesn't work. I tried without the guide how to manually install it, I tried with it, I've deleted the AdvancedHookInit.asi, I've tried everything. First it didn't work in any way, then, when I followed the guide, I got a fatal error, then i changed platforming/... in default.dat to common/... and it worked, but I got a fatal error after 5 minutes. Now it doesn't start anymore. Can't understand why this happens.. >.<

Hm.. okay, thank you. It seemed a bit wierd, that it suddenly worked when i changed it to common. I'll ry it now.

"WEAPONINFO platform:/lcpdfr/weaponinfo.xml" Is wrong, "platform" must be "common" or the game will crash. When I saved the default.dat with this line, the game didnt start. It loaded and crashed. Then I switched "platform" with "common" and it worked, I even can equip the Tazer now.

I've printed the PDF, but it's not so easy to understand, and there are even all the configs in it, not just the controlls. :/

Hello, I had a lot of fun with LCPDFR 0.95 and no problems. In v1.0 some of my keys won't work or I do something wrong.. There was a key guide for 0.95. Is there already one for 1.0? Or would anyone make one? Example: StartChaseOnPed (LControllKey) Thanks in advance.
