  1. (Sorry for throwing it into this topic) "For now." Hm, are you able to let a nearby cop car drive closer to you and force you to stop using the megaphone? Maybe with one star only? Would be great because you mostly don't even notice if a cop car is nearby (because the game spawns them right around the corner if you get a wanted anyway) that's why it always seems like the mod only does these two things.
  2. I think the mod you are talking about just shows you a text if you drive too fast (for example) at some locations and if you keep doing it, it just gives you a wanted level.
  3. Can't stop imagining stuff that I could do with LSPDFR. Including R* Editor videos. It would be awesome to make a video using the R* editor where you do a traffic stop, walk up to the driver window and having the view of the dash cam and you put your hand to the holster. After a little of talking the suspect takes off, you call in the pursuit and backup arrives and an AI cop does a PIT maneuver, you stop, get out and arrest the suspect at gunpoint. In the best case, the dash com also faces to the 'action'.. Eheeeehee, can't wait! Also, when I imagine playing LSPDFR, I always have to think of 80s Rock music and a cinematic cam making it all more awesome. I mean, the arrest animations (looks like there are three different ones) look so realistic! You can see them all in this staged screenshot: http://www.lcpdfr.com/gallery/image/48595-fightbreakupjpg/
  4. I hope so, today has been very quiet. ^^
  5. Sorry, but what's special about this screenshot (ignoring that it's LSPDFR)? I can see a suspect vehicle, a Police Buffalo and a Police Maverick (probably AI).
  6. Yesterday I played SAPDRR v0.2a (sorry for cheating on you Sam & LMS D:), but it's impossible to get a pursuit. You receive a pursuit call and as you arrive at the suspect vehicle (which is in most cases stuck), 3 cops with shotguns spawn on the head of the car and kill the driver. And it's buggy as hell. Red dots keep spawning on the map and as soon as you arrive they teleport to somewhere else. <.<
  7. I'm just asking because of the never ending loading screen that occurs when you die with a model that's not a player.
  8. If you die with a model other than one of the player models, the Native Trainer will turn you back into Micheal. But how will LSPDFR manage that?
  9. There are some third-party online thingies where you'll be able to rent servers or so. Maybe Sam & LMS will also make LSPDFR compatible for these? Or maybe all the players just install this and connects to a server? We'll see, I guess.
  10. It happened with LCPDFR 1.0. :D
  11. I think NOOSE is included.
  12. I've never experienced these pile-ups of cop cars in V. Instead, they carefully block me in when I have a lower wanted level. However I can't tell about the higher wanted levels at the moment, I haven't done this for days and weeks.
  13. Wait, we're not?
  14. Did the game ever crash at one of LSPDFR*s 'more recent' states of development? And how long can you play without crashing (approximately)?
  15. Can't.. wait.. any longer... Hope it releases very soon, it looks awesome!
  16. TheUniT commented on Sam's gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  17. Hope someone gets rid of the shitty POLICE texture on the Interceptor. Also, a decent texture for the Sheriff Cruiser would be great. Vanilla does look nice, but something's missing. :D
  18. Is there a way to do it anyway? (Well, I doubt it, but is there?)
  19. Quick question: I've read that there's an animation of putting your hand at your holster. Will it be a feature? If yes, are you able to walk like that? Would look nice in an R* Editor 'Machinima'-like thing. I'd definitely try to make something like that about LSPDFR! ^.^
  20. Seems plausible to me. I really hope that this is the case. Thanks, you got me excited again.. my hype just cooled down a little! >:(
  21. Nope, I guess G17 Media is only making LSPDFR, not "Police Mod" or how it's called. ^^ But yes, people who don't know sh!t and try to sound smart and well informed are annoying as phuck. <.< It's so.. disturbing! O.o
  22. Sorry for throwing this in here, but listen to the first minute. It's so... unsatisfying not being able to correct him, so I'm just gonna post it here. Again, I'm sorry.
  23. You can unlock the highway patrol uniform for Micheal and Trevor in a mission. So I guess that we'll just be able to pick the default ped uniforms. Who knows, maybe they use this method people used with the savegame editor to get a cop uniform.
  24. Alexander Blade 'confirmed' that this mod is/should be safe.
  25. They were known to be malicious. Who knows, maybe there are other mods out there who have bad intentions.
