Maybe you didn't move the L1's up to the same place as the L0s, this has happened to me too. I totally forgot how I fixed it though

I'll just give you a suggestion in case no one does your request: I think you need to edit the bump maps for the uniforms(purple-ish texture), so it works for the new patch. But what I do is just make the new patch small enough so it fits in the space where the lcpd patch was http://gyazo.com/92604a0bc6196030c83fb5c2b8f802b0 It shouldn't be distorted after that

Due to the lack of videos showing lighting patterns, this pack might not be 100% accurate, but it will be close enough to PPB's real life patterns. The Portland Police Bureau is one of my favorite agencies, and there is a lack of mods for them.
