That's indeed one thing I haven't thought about. I have a firetruck on my parking space from ages ago (save game). I'll try your suggestion and see how it turns out.
 
Weird I have always been on an administrator account but 'Run as Administrator' is not ticked on LaunchGTAIV.exe and GTAIV.exe... will launch them on these settings and see how it turns out too.
 
Steam version, automatically patches for me. :)

Thanks. As far as in-game goes everything is monitored as best I can.

or... Disable the keys via the ini...trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1.

I'm not too much of an expert on this but I think I can give a bit of insight to it. First of all, making your player's client side ELS lights to look exactly on your side would be a huge waste of memory. I don't think we're going to be able to even play a minute of GTA IV with that happening. I also believe it has something to do with your network. The time between the transmission of the person's router to the server and then to your router to your game is slow. The process isn't instant.
