Your photo of you GTA folder doesn't open, also as far as i know the diagnostics tool doesn't work. Is there an error that pops up, or does it just not open? I know that if you have not installed the 1.0.7.0 update, there is a screen that pops up for a fraction of a second, maybe you missed it if you don't have the update installed?

I believe it is because, in general, they have it set to light stage 3 moves traffic, and they don't wanna be posting a video of the vehicle taking forever to pull over.

One of the main issues that I can see is that ELS crashed. Possibly try downgrading from ELS V8 to ELS V7 and see what that does. College themed, like school colors and logos, kinda like when they wrap cars in support for big events. Can be campus police if someone requests one, but in general, just themed. Edit: I think I'm gonna do fictional campus police skins. So sports team themed, but actual campus police.

We're gonna need way more information than that from you. We need all of your log files, LCPDFR, advancedhook, scripthook, and so on. We also preferably want a screenshot of your GTA directory. If you could provide this information it would be greatly appreciated.

So I'm thinking about going on a huge run of college based squad cars. I'm thinking the releases will be per division, SEC, Pac 12, Big Ten, and so on. I've got some base ideas started and im almost done with the LSU car, which of course will be first since I'm originally from New Orleans and LSU Alum. If anyone would like to team up and help me with this idea, feel free to shoot me a pm. HAHA, when I was working retail over this past summer, I met this crazy conspiracy theorist guy. He was dead set that his brothers were conspiring with the FBI, NSA, and CIA, to poison him and steal his land, due to the fact that there was millions of dollars worth of cocaine buried on it. He then went on to explain that they had buried land mines and set traps for anyone who decided to trespass onto the property. He said that they had killed (poisoned) his mother, and had buried her body on the property. He came into the store that I worked at, and tried to buy 6 AR-15's with EOTECH sights, FLIR scopes, 50lbs of gunpowder, primer cord, holsters, over 50,000 rounds of ammunition in 20 or so different calibers, a boat, a quad, some knives, and several other survival type items. He stated that his nephew was Erik Prince, the guy who founded Blackwater, and that he was going to set out on a mission to secretly assassinate Erik and several other high ranking congressmen and government officials, as it was his duty to protect the American public as a citizen. He walked up to the gun counter with this list of items, and pulled out a briefcase with roughly $150,000 in it. He began to do his background checks to buy the firearms and ammunition, and needless to say, was promptly arrested by the Oregon State Police.

Since I see that no one has answered, I figured I would. As far as I know, and have seen the LCPDFR statistics system has been down for as long as I can remember. It's not an issue with anything that you have done. There are also some other programs that can save your statistics if you really wanna see what's going on in your patrols.

Like willpv23 said, please post your logs. It may provide some insight into what is happening internally. As for your computer, I'm not sure its gonna be powerful enough to run GTA + LCPDFR. It's a pretty serious mod that eats up a lot of power due to the way GTA is configured. Maybe post your computer specs too.

What are your system specs? Are you running an ENB?

There are a few issues in your LCPDFR log. The taser as a whole has been an issue in 1.0c with many people. Check to see if your taser sound is in the right file, or is checked as read only. Wourters callouts have also been known to crash and yet again have been an issue for many people. As for your advancedhook log, there are several other topics all with this same issue. Your crash is not LCPDFR related. I have given a possible fix in another topic for the same issue. There is also some infro from LMS on the issue in my topic.

Yea, I ran it through Dependency Walker and it seems to be missing some .dll's inside the advancedhook.dll itself. I count 6 of them. I'm not sure if that may be the issue causing it to crash when it does a mini dump. It seems to be trying to load into the wrong slot. this is the error log from the bottom: Error: At least one required implicit or forwarded dependency was not found. Warning: At least one delay-load dependency module was not found. Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.

I believe you are talking about the speed radar found in Sniper296's GTAPolicingTools. There are also other spped radars available for download. It appears to me that its looking for the audio part of LCPDFR to begin dispatch but cannot find it. Try to locate E:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVlcpdfrAudio if its not there or has been modified, thats the issue, or otherwise right click on it and see if it is marked as read only, as i had that issue in the beginning.
