Thank you! After you should me this it helped alot. I figured out a better way kind of. First you pull them over, then you cancel and hit stop traffic so they are on the side of the road while you do the felony traffic stop. You pronouced my name better then most :)

Open iv isn't really that hard. 1. Open open iv 2. Select Gta iv or EFLC for pc 3. Double click Models 4. Double click Cdimages 5. Double click Vehicles 6. Click edit mode and say okay 7. Drag and drop the car files 8. Ya

Hey guys, I just decided to make the thread of the world cup, even though it's almost done. Here we can discuss about the world cup. Personally my favourite team is Argentina. If anybody has any questions I would happy to answer them.
