Also I took out all my scripts and I am still getting poping textures, with my specs I'm pretty sure my computer can handle car mods. Maybe a commandline.

As the title says my problem is poping textures! I have always just ignored it, it would stay for a little then if would go and come back. It gets really annoying. what I mean exactly is that, even when I'm lookin straight ahead things start to pop. It's always happening. If anybody could help that would be great.
