Of everything I've ever done on a PC, using OpenIV has been the most confusing for me. Not sure why, but it just is. The tutorial videos aren't all that clear either, so I'm stuck using SparkIV. Just curious on how some of you from the United Kingdom feel about the national anthem being religious, or if you even care. I know for a fact that not everyone in the United Kingdom is a Christian, so I'm wondering how non-Christians feel about the national anthem. That's the thing. When I put that ped model in, and imported the textures, my SparkIV crashed. It only does it for that particular vest officer model. If I put in any other officer modification in, I can replace the textures perfectly fine. But then I get mixed textures. This is very confusing, more confusing then it should be.

i dont even know how to open the interface for starters. and when i figure something out, i have to hold down a key in order for the siren to work. then the siren comes on, but the lights remain off. its so confusing, i try to open the readme file, and i get a completely different error. i only get the error when i try to open the els v8 or els v7 readme file. any other readme works fine.

i really enjoy playing lcpdfr, but els is starting to piss me the fuck off. im so close to cracking my gta 4 disk. i cant get els to work correctly, and im very confused at how to even use it. i only have problems with els v7 and els v8. any els version before that worked perfectly fine. id prefer to use els v8 because of the improvements that are in it. please help, im just about done with gta altogether.

Obviously I'm not from the United Kingdom, but I'm beginning to hear a lot about the mass immigration of Africans into the United Kingdom. Apparently the Africans are bringing their diseases and such with them, and it's angering people of the United Kingdom. The immigrants are also stealing jobs. What's the deal with this issue? I have absolutely zero knowledge of European politics, other then things that are completely obvious. I'm just making assumptions in this topic. Genocide and mass murder are NOT easily avoidable at all. How can a group of people possibly tell when Genocide is about to happen? And if they can, what could they do? You're saying that the entire population of that ethnicity or race should flee?

Thanks for the responses guys, but I'm still a bit confused. Is there anywhere that I can download a handling line that will work for this vehicle? I tried modifying the handling lines following multiple tutorials, and all I did was break my entire game.

I installed some new vehicles listed below, and I've noticed something a bit strange. Whenever, I turn a sharp corner, the car flips onto it's back and rolls down the street. It was pretty funny at first, but it's starting to irritate me. I think it has something to do with the handling files. I have no clue how to manually modify any file, such as the handling file. If anyone has any solution to this problem, help would be much appreciated. I'll link the vehicles below. Whites have built South Africa from the ground up. I don't think its right for them to have to leave everything that they've built up, to the Blacks, which haven't really built anything. Same as the United States. I don't think it would be right for everyone but the native Americans to leave America, and give the United States over to the native America.

I see where you're coming from, but I completely disagree. Under that logic, everyone should leave America and give it back to the native Americans. It isn't possible.
