Hey guys, does anyone know what file I can edit to get a lot of the cars in the game to flow in with normal traffic. Like the polpatriot or the noose car? Thanks so much -Chris

Thats what I thought. I cant seem to find one on a CVPI though. Alls I can find is one with a Red/Blue top color to it, when I just want grey.

Im not to sure how to explain this, but while playing GTA ill be in a car and randomly drunk cam / handheld cam turns on, the car speeds up(uncontrollably) and the front of the car starts to smoke! Any ideas? I record commentated videos and this would REALLY screw me over. Please help. Thanks

Hey guys, If anyone out there is experienced with creating templates like myself, than I kinda need your help. I'm not sure how to create a good decal. I usually use some from policedecals.com, but now I am trying to make a custom car from the county I live in. If anyone can tell me, or make for me, this decal, let me know. You can simply post a photoshop link for it. Thank you so much and it will be greatly appreciated :)

Hey guys! I'm having trouble with adding new police officers in TBOGT. I just got EFLC the other day so Im still learning. I am currently changing my game over to NYPD looks and I was wondering if anyone can help me find a BOGT NYPD police texture. There is an NYPD one for the original but its only the texture file, not the .wdd file. Since TBOGT has new police officer models I cant seem to find the original NYPD ones. This may be a confusing request but it would be greatly appreciated if you guys can get me the GTAIV cops, with NYPD uniforms. Thanks again :)

Hey guys, I have some concerns before changing to EFLC. I want to know a few things, and what to look out for. I always here people saying they have trouble with EFLC. Im only looking to use TBOGT, but I cant seem to find it on Steam. So if I download EFLC, can I do the following: 1) Keep my current car files 2) Keep my ENB 3) Keep my Scripts 4) Keep GTA IV in the Saved Directory Now, if I download EFLC, will it just create a 100% NEW directory and I will still be able to use the old one if needed? Anythings that people have had issues with, please let me know. Thanks :)

Hey LCPD:FR Crew, I have a quick question and I need your help. I always wanted to silence my desert eagle, or customize a police car's horn but not the siren itself. Every time I open SPARKIV, and then click "EDIT" on the ivuad file, it always comes up with an error saying something like; 'File appears to be broken', or something along those lines. Now, one day I accidentally changed all the ivuad files to winWAR files. I did this by Choose Program to Open With > WinRAR > .... Now all my icons have a winRAR stamp on them :L Like This <---- Any idea how to change this, or will it even affect the fact that I cant edit the ivuad file in sparkIV? If changing it back wont work, than how can I insert my own files. * REMEMBER* I only want to Edit the ivuad file in spark, and replace ONE sound file, not the whole thing. Thanks

Hey guys, I have a question about recording software. I used to use FRAPS, but now I have to pay for it, and it also makes my PC laggy. Since I use an ENB when I play GTA, I cant use WeGame either. I tried to use Xfire but my game crashes right as I start it out. Is there any FREE recording software I can use to plat GTA IV? Remember, I use an ENB so it would need to record in HQ. Thanks :) Remember: Dont Suggest FRAPS, Xfire, Or WeGame
