Hey guys,

If anyone out there is experienced with creating templates like myself, than I kinda need your help. I'm not sure how to create a good decal. I usually use some from policedecals.com, but now I am trying to make a custom car from the county I live in. If anyone can tell me, or make for me, this decal, let me know. You can simply post a photoshop link for it. Thank you so much and it will be greatly appreciated :)

Here are few great tutorials which learned me how to do it. As my country doesn't have much car pictures and our cars don't have much details (just simple text, badge and number to call along with blue line) texture isn't a great one. With the car you supplied, you can make an awesome texture.

question: how does one rotate word's? whenever i do it the template turns into a circle and messes up my texture

What program are you using?

I am currently using Paint.NET

I am assuming that you are trying 'tilt' the words in one direction or another? If so, select the text (box select tool), then click the button on the top right of the Tools frame. Now right click (near the text), and drag in a direction. It is best to do this when the text (or other object) is in it's own layer, so it does not mess anything else up.
