Yeah,why not.Just open the vehicles' .wtd and find the appropriate file.In case of Yak's cars,its something like "mdtscreen".In others you'll see something like "laptop".Just export it and you're set to edit it.Also,don't forget to place a black layer on top of it,with a low opacity value.Hope this helps :)

Mine says falls,and even still the cars spawn with ELS sirens on.I don't have any non-ELS cars,atm.

Some 3 years ago,I watched a movie just like Super Troopers on TV.Although,I immediately forgot about its name and what the movie's storyline was but it was pretty funny,based on cops.Does anyone have an idea,whats its name was? The only thing I remember is that the fools (cops) are given white 2005 Mustang GTs for service,which they keep ramming into each-other's at the garage.Then there was a scene where they don't get any emergency calls and are convinced that the town is now crime free,but the next morning someone discovers that the some dickhead had connected the phone line into the popcorn vending machine slot.Any ideas? I don't remember anything more than this :confused:

I made some for my own personal use.The only thing might bother you is that they're TCU.Err...I mean,they're LCPD Traffic Control Units.Just a small text on the side.Everything else is just like you neeed.
