  1. Yeah thats what I thought. Thats why i was doing the half/half red-blue on a single lense. Was just wondering if there was another way. Thanks.
  2. So i'm trying to figure out how I can go about changing amber lights to red/blue and was wondering if this was possible on my end through a texture file?. A lot of people are releasing roofbars with amber advisors on the back. I can somewhat jimmy rig the amber lights to be half/half red-blue but it looks crappy. Is there a better way for me to accomplish this? or maybe one of the texture files has to do with mapping where I can evenly replace the amber lights with full red and blue ones? What I mean here: http://imgur.com/a/eUggf In the original file attached below - I changed the amber light to half red half blue. - Texture file belongs to FCVP71 from model
Thank you - Been waiting for a 2009 without mandatory side runners and advisors.
  3. Possible to get siderunners as an extra?
  4. Just a heads up, they actually use a .OIV file in the video and thats what a lot of people will be looking for after extracting the zip. There was no instructions letting people know to leave the file zipped and open it through OpenIV as shown in the video. I had to figure that out myself.
  5. A slick version with dash or mirror lights would be an awesome addition.
  6. @MrGhostman Looks like all sound files need to be updated to work with the new OpenIV. Check the American Siren pack comments section, page 5-6 to see what people are talking about. http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7798-gta-5-realistic-american-sirens-new-fbi-and-granger-sirens/?page=5&tab=comments edit- looks like new OpenIV update fixed problems.
  7. Hmm, I was able to get them imported. Although this seems to be a more widespread problem that everyone is having and sometimes the sounds will become muted anyways. Its a problem with old sounds files with the new OpenIV version. Will have to wait for sound mods to be updated.
  8. @cameron2408 @Denny Make a new folder in your policechatter download folder (what you downloaded here - name of folder doesn't matter its just temporary) and export the current random_chat.awc from OpenIV to that new folder. Now take all the audio files from the random_chat folder that you downloaded and put them inside the NEW random_Chat folder that you just exported from OpenIV replaceing all the audio files (RANDOMCHAT1,2,3, etc). Last drag the random_chat.oac in the NEW folder to OpenIV POLICE_SCANNER.RPF.
