You're confused. Let me help. He started this OCSD CVPI awhile back, but with a different CV model (bxbugs's). He just moved all the equipment from that version over to a DSF model. Hope this helps. -
Or even better you could scratch make your skins. I would certainly appreciate them more if they were scratch-made. IMO people that take skins from things like that shouldn't be credited for their work. You're stealing someone else's work, even if it isn't for GTA IV use. Just my 2 cents. Certainly not trying to start a flame war or anything of the sorts. I think that most of your skins that have been released are awesome looking and accurate for the most part.

Decent skin, but there is room for major improvements. As Reibu said, a solid black panel would be more realistic for the FCVPI. Also, like the picture above, try adding words above the back panel, such as "SHERIFF". Lastly, if you're going to make the hood black, why not make it a black/white car all around? It would look 200% better like that, or even just leaving it all white.

What file type are you saving the skin as? Is the transparency set down? If none of the above, could be a model problem. Use the skin on another model and see if that helps.
