It should work fine with 1040. I can see what the problem is but there is no way in hell that it should be happening. Do you have any mods?

Of course xliveless works with LCPDFR, you're just making silly assumptions now. You put xlive.dll in the main GTA IV directory, you do not touch any other xlive.dll other than the one you just put in your GTA IV folder. You put the LCPDFR files inside a folder titled 'scripts' in your GTA IV directory. It isn't hard and if you'd stop moaning you could ask one of our Community Team for remote assistance.

Your problem is that F5 is for spawning a partner whilst on duty. To go on duty press ALT + P, NOT F5.

Numpad 1 is just for show, use SHIFT.

You can get around this by exporting the M_Y_Swat_P.wft and wtd from pedprops and renaming them M_Y_Nhelipilot_P.wft and wtd and import + replace

Also, you must run GTA IV by right clicking LaunchGTAIV and Run as administrator.
