Hey Sam, The reason why I say that you shouldn't open it up for everyone (and I seem to be the only one who thinks so, which is okay) is because if a certain individual is "downed" on the reputation system, they could potentially harass that individual until "submission". I personally (due to past experience managing it) disagree with "anyone can rep" but it seems to be working in this community and I do not wish to speak ill of it, especially the community. From previous management experience of forums I feel that it is too risky to open it up for everyone, as that one bad apple may receive a down rep, and if the person truly deserves it.. well then there ya have it, they more then likely may harass..

Yes, I am using that cruiser, on the door it says "New Liberty State Police" and the number on the roof is 234B - Which I would like changed but I don't have GIMP or PS. Yeah, that was what I was implying. I haven't watched the officers when they pull out a sidearm as I am typically either focusing on the suspect, or running away (XD). I'll have to load up and see what they do, if they pull from their jacket I guess it is sad face time for me, you know?

I saw a NYSP skin but I don't honestly like that coloring, I'm wanting something different for the State Police character, as I drive a Blue/Gold NLSP (New Liberty State Police) cruiser and a Blue/White Slicktop NLSP Cruiser

Anyone know of a good looking skin mod/model mod for the police officers which make them look more.. modern? IE: Shoulder Radio, Taser on belt, flashlight, etc? I know I've been asking a lot of questions but that is what a good community is for, helping each other out. I looked and couldn't find any.. I'm not looking for any real world skins, something hopefully based around LCPD or LCSD or New Liberty State Police.. Also, Does anyone have a good skin for the NOOSE? I found an okay one but it is for LAPD and NYPD..

I looked and didn't find one, but I'm sure it IS possible considering there IS animation mods out there, as far as I know.. I have an idle animation mod which changes your animation to the corresponding character that you are, IE: Police uses walkies, etc. I would love someone to do one up if there isn't. Would go good hand in hand with this mod.

Hey, I made this post in GPM but someone responded in a way which I felt was inappropriate, and I've gotten a good vibe from this community.. Is there a mod out there which allows for you to draw your sidearm (or all weapons for that matter) from your waist instead of your invisible jacket ? I mainly ever use my sidearm while playing on LCPD:FR so I'm not worried about the shotgun or M4 pulling from your waist, as I only ever pull it out near a vehicle..

I have been using this tool for the past 3 hours VIA TeamViewer onto my sister's computer since it won't load up on any of mine. I have a few ideas and thoughts I'd like to post but don't have much time, so I just wanted to say how good of a job you did.

I fixed the crashing, turns out I had a dsound.dll and xlive.dll in and it was conflicting. I just have some memory issue now, which will be fixed soon.

Hmm, that means I need to figure out a way to get my backup, back... Grrr haha. I figured that is what it was, I just wanted to be sure. Is it possible to get the original vehicles.img from anyone or?

Hey guys, I installed the LCPD:FR mod by itself and the game worked perfectly after a bit of tasling with my PC... I now have three cruiser mods installed, as well as a Baton mod and ELS V6... I freeze after about 20 minutes of gameplay and since I installed the Police2 and NOOSE car mods some of the buildings load late or don't load at all.. I thought I had a backup but I somehow accidently deleted my backup, so I can't remove the NOOSE mod... Do you guys have any idea how I can check what is causing it to crash, without having to remove bit by bit?
