All you have to do is arrest him. I ran into that before, so what I did was arrest him and I was good to take another call out.

Hey fellow LCPDFR Users, I went ahead and created a guide on how to install many modifications for the game. I felt it was helpful for many people so I decided to help some people out, and hopefully it will leave a lot of topics from being created on how to do this. Below is what I have included in the tutorial and I hope it helps you guys later on. To moderators if you don't want that topic, please delete it! I tried searching for other guides on this but couldn't find any so I made one to share :) Install Pedestrian Modifications Install Car Modifications Install Car Skins to cars Install Weapon Modifications Install Sound Modifications (I put a siren real Gunshot mod in this tutorial) I have put all the links I used in this guide and it is in Adobe PDF forum. So it is easy to click the links and get to the mod. Of course you don't have to use these but they are provided if you want them, I will be making a video for this sometime tomorrow, and will be posted as well, but thought it would be nice to release the guide first. Okay so that sounds like the graphics card cannot handle the mod you are trying to install. So the only thing I can say is try and upgrade to a 2gb or 3gb graphics card and that should solve your problem. I use a 2gb graphics card, on high setting and never encounter this error. It's a AMD Radeon HD 6970. Did this issue happen before installing the car modifications or after it. The only thing I can think of is your graphics card is weak if you have less than a GB of ram on your video card. The only thing I can say is get your hands on a new Graphics Card, that should help you. A lot of other people also say try command lines but I don't this those solve and problems at all!

I'm pretty sure uninstall it all you have to do in delete the files you originally installed from the IEhancer

You must be using a trainer, you can either switch the trainer off my pressing Right CTRL - Right ALT - D or you can go to the trainers settings then switch the key for it to another one that is free.

Try re installing everything then run LCPDFR installer as admin, and also Grand Theft Auto 4 as Admin

Don't hijack other peoples threads. You need to create your own or use the search feature first!

Exactly what kpdofficer said is right. You can't just start the mod while you have a mission going finish it first then go from there. Also you might want to change you ASI loader to dsound!

By looking at your logs you have 4 issues here. Grand Theft Auto 4 is not installed (Or LCPDFR can't detect it) So you will need to point LCPDFR install launcher there! You don't have a ASI Loader (DSOUND Recommended) You don't have C++ also ScriptHookDotNet is reading false also. So these are the problems on why you're having problems with the the mod.

Try using the newer version of LCPDFR which is 0.95 RC2

1.0.7.0 is for Grand Theft Auto 4 only. I beleive the latest patch for EFLC is 1.1.0.2 or similar.

Do you get some kind of errors message? If so what does it say?

Yeah really needs to be updated, Very cool mod, but if you look at it, the latest version is 1.0.0.0. So really needs some updating ;)

I agree with Yard1 if you want to play the game and mod without slowdowns and good graphics, then plan a new computer in your budget.

draco don't triple post that's against the community guidelines and get you infractions, just a heads up. Great you found the issue! Have fun!

Have you tried the game without any mods at all? Sometimes mods can interfere with the LCPDFR mod. If you have done that and it works put your mods back in slowly then you can find the problem.
