Well after uninstalling ELS v7 my taxi lights are waaayyy to bright. I have one ENB, an ENB for low end PC's (i have a pretty good one but i dont wanna have lag) and i have never had this problem before! I need help quick as *u**

Well, i am planning on doing GTA 4 videos on youtube and i have some qestions. 1. Do you have to pay a certain price to youtube if your vids are any longer then 10 minutes? 2. Bandicam or fraps? Iv'e made some testing and with fraps i am having terrible lag. I dunno about bandicam, whats your opinon? 3. Serious or un-serious lcpdfr videos? 4. Length of clip? 5. Any car mods and els? Well, thats my questions, if you can awnser some i would be really happy!

No, atleast not so much. Spotify and Skype are much worse. And downloading other files can slow it down prett bad(i think).
