Allright, i don't think iv'e read that, but lcpdfr is about realism, right? SWAT gear don't just lay in the back of the trunk? Or does it?

No. Normal police officers don't carry M16 and SWAT gear in their trunk. The closest thing a normal officer would use is some riot gear they pick up at the station. LCPDFR is the life of a beatcop, not an SWAT member. This is more like something PPS mod would use.

Darn. i have no idea how to create cars, and i am problably (i have no idea how to spell this) going to have texturing difficulties.( have no idea here either) And i have no idea how to make non els cars. So, i will need help. I cant see youtube videos because my internet sucks, so i need real help, no youtube link, please.

Well, are someone willing to play with vannila cars? No els and no ped skins mods. Use these scripts: ALPR, Real Reload, PSS, Vdh police helper + tow script, Less overtake and Indicator script

Yeah, i have a good PC, when i play GTA 4 w/ mods it is around 60-65 fps, but with Fraps on it is about 30-37 fps, and i have grapics on medium, weiw distance at 25 and the lrest on medium/low.
