This mod changes the PayDay SWAT ped mod for GTA IV into N.O.O.S.E Operatives.
  1. IIRC, you copyrighted the names LSPDFR and SAPDFR, yeah? So I stumbled across this mod, using the name SAPDFR. (Mod is in the spoiler) So is that a stolen name?

  3. Never. Why? Since I know how to drive unlike them 10-year olds who wants "GTA V" but their parents finds GTA IV cheaper and take it instead. You wanna know how many times I have beaten 11-year old kids in GTA IV? Aloooot of times.
  4. I'm starting to think you're just click-baiting us.
  5. I hope you're joking. "So many people on here want a mod to put it back to the handling we got in GTA IV." Yeah, because obviously GTA IV's is the realistic one. Look like at it this way. GTA IV was aiming for realism-ish, while GTA V wanted to be a movie, and was made with their younger players in mind, those who cannot drive a car properly and rages every three seconds, and many people went apeshit on R* after the gameplay trailer was released showing off driving and such. Look at GTAF. Every thread that is made comparing V and IV turns into a shitstorm by either the handling or the story. So that's my 0.02 $
  6. I was going to wait until the 300-series is released because hopefully the 200's will drop a couple of bucks in price.

  8. Well, in the upcoming 6-7 months I am going to upgrade my GPU (R9 255, comparable with R7-something) to a higher end GPU, so should I go with the ATI/AMD R9 290X or NVida GTX 780? Or any other suggestions?
  9. I wouldn't call it smooth, but it isn't stuttering. If it's lower then 24, it's lagging, over, its film/TV FPS, and in my opinion, over 45 is really smooth.
  10. You've seen some standard TV, right? That's 24 FPS, and that's pretty smooth. Anything over 24 is seen as film, so if you're over that you'll be able to play it without headaches.
  11. This seems like a bad idea in general. Rockstar won't reply shit, that's for sure. Possible fix to those above, try to run as admin.
  12. Well, my point was that our cops is better trained in handeling these kinds of situations, a brawl. You don't need to go apeshit and taze both, some words and using your hands can be better. It seems like U.S cops are afraid of using their hands on suspects, except when they're tackled, shot or tazed. Worst thing in this scenario is that he could get hit in the face, or maybe stabbed. Yes, Sweden is a country, but for an example, we have have maybe 1-2 shootings and bombs (the bombs normally don't work and barley kills) per week, and in such a small and sparsely populated country that's a lot. Here in sweden there is normally 2-4 killings per week, and that between 0.4-0.8 murders/day. Compared to NYC, which has about the same amount of inhabitants, there is about 1.44 killings/day, and that's 'low' in the City of NY's eyes. That means that that per square mile and per person the murder rate is much lower here, but it's an all time high here, and that NYPD should use more crime preventing raids and such. They should switch focus from "the war on crime" to "the prevention of crime and crime relapses" I couldn't find any exact number, but it seems like most people that's arrested in NYC goes back to crime, so I am making a guess that's about 80% Here in Sweden about 35% goes back to crime after rehabilitation. That's because we use the "prevention of crime and crime relapses" technique. That's my two cents again. (Sorry if you don't understand shit, I just woke up.)
  13. Look look look, our police force differs vastly from the NYPD, and sure, we have some bad apples but we sure as hell don't have as many as the NYPD. I see your point, but to be honest, in 2013 the Swedish Police shot 3-4 persons to death (Couldn't find any exact numbers, so I did some reaserch) and in the same period 8 persons got killed by the NYPD. That's twice as much as here, and we don't use tasers, and I draw the conclusion our officers are better trained for handeling these kinds of situations than the NYPD, who shoot to kill, and not shoot to injure. That's my 2 cents.
  14. Well, first try using the Directors mode and stuff, went pretty good.
  15. And LSPD choppers all over the state AFAIK.
  16. Better than having one huge agency (SAPD) with many subdivisons (LSPD, LVPD, SFPD, Rural Police)

  18. Well, my phone died, and so did my backup phone (RIP HTC One X Plus & Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus) and I am now looking for a replacement, between the 100-140 USD range, any good suggestions?
  19. Still better than IV. Here we have proper agencies (Except LSHP), proper jurdistictions and similar stuff.
  20. I would suggest removing that 4x4 logo, making the number 5 digit (Example: E49669), remove that weirdly shaped logo on the back, and just add "BORDER PATROL" in Arial Black, and moving the Border Patrol text down on the hood. I give it 2/5.
  21. That's obiously not the PC version so that's why it says "SAHP" on M and T's uniforms. So there is no regional changes whatsoever.
  22. I would recommend editing the UV mapping for the Detectives so the patch outline wouldn't show up, otherwise, awesome uniform Jesus.
