yea, if dsound was working for you use that, looks like since you said till you put in the female officer it was fine, so i'm gonna guess here that was the problem

ok...try this...remove Dsound....put in xlive.dll and try the game again cousin's bellic is the first mission if i remember right..might not be a save file...

oh yea...get rid of those two xlive's... thats xliveless then run the diagnostic again to double check, also PPM with LCPDFR might be causing a problem...but first lets take it one step at a time

What did you do prior to getting this? Looks like you might have to reinstall the game...
