also besure you dont have a bad noose car, some times that kills it, It did mygame till i switched it all out

did you install els? of drop in the cars and hope they work?

ah EFLC...hrm....did this happen after you installed spotlight or did you install several mods at once including spotlight?

some times its on the texture, sometimes its on the model, depends on the maker

Answers in red 1. When putting my lights on and pressing shift to pull people over, they usually just stop in the middle of the road, any way to get them to pull over more? I've seen youtube videos where they pulll over more and not block traffic. It happens, try using LCPDFR 095RC2 2. Also upon hitting shift to pull the car over, it turns my lights off and I have to hit G again so when I get out of the car the lights remain on... any fix or a bug? Try using ELS, but you need ELS enabled cars this is normal 3. If I pull someone over and it goes into a pursuit, hitting "E" does not end the pursuit. I have to wait till the car goes out of range... any sollution? Where did you get the idea E ends the pursuit? I don't remember seeing that in the key commands, you could always just kill the driver and all occupants 4. " / " does not change the car light modes as the guide says in the game when hitting shift + tab. How do I change the light modes on cars, or is it only certain cars? "/" on the num pad not "/" from the "?" key only works on non els cars 5. Is there any way to make the steering and car control easier? It is VERY difficult on a keyboard and I don't have an xbox controller, I have a PC one though, couldn't configure it with the game. I also wish the camera would stay behind the car the entire time instead of having to constantly use the mouse to rotate the view... any way to solve this? As the keys on the keyboard are not pressure sensitive, personally I don't believe it's possible as for your camera, it's a GTAIV thing, not mod related 6. A graphics issue I noticed when I added this MOD was the streets are very pixelated, but only at random times, and some of the textures on the car are see-through. Is this a graphics setting or setting within the MOD? What should "car density" and that stuff be on for good quality? Could be your computer isn't powerful enough to handle mods, car density is traffic density, as to how heavy the traffic is.

Also, you need to run Spark as admin, as well as sometimes you may need to put all the files into the gta install location to get it to work right, and one other thing, Spark IV is in no way related to LCPDFR, this should belong some where under GTAIV discussion, mods, or IV support, just for future reference
