  10. Hmmm, well I always thought that an asi file is a locked dll file, like on zmoddler it is impossible to unlock it without the correct password and the correct tool. I really want to find this out now xD I'll keep searching and keep you informed kpdofficer.
  11. If you send us the file, we can certainly re-texture this for you. Please upload the file to mediafire or 4shared and we will get to work right away! Thanks Alex
  12. Really? Well you learn something new every day . But on the other hand there would be no need to ask the author for permission as Luxart (Lt.Caine) no longer mods for GTA. I would not however redistribute the modded files as he may not want you to. An asi file is basically a .dll file which has been locked. The author would have locked it for a reason.
  13. As i said before, ELS is hard-coded and thus you cannot change the directory path of the sound. The sound you found is the correct sound and you will not hear it every time you drive as that sound is not for every vehicle. I have never heard that sound before apart from on the ELS activation tone so I wouldn't hesitate changing it. Team GTASC
  14. Please tell me exactly what is happening. Do you get to the menu? Do you get in game? I can help you if you give me some more information.
  15. You cannot do anything about this because the fallout procedure is hard coded into the mod's asi file. The only way to fix it is to contact the developers via their support or suggestions forum on this site's and request it to be fixed for the next update. Thanks, TEAM GTASC
  16. The sound can be found in the resident.rpf audio archive. I will continue to look into this as I am also interested. Thanks Team GTASC
  17. :D I cant wait for this Team GTASC - Alex
  18. You need to turn your router off for about 30 mins, your NAT type is too strict. Hope it helps! Team GTASC
