Can someone tell me where the file location for game maps are? I want to make a police district/neighborhood/gang set color coded map.

These are two sirens widely used in the United States. Would love to have them in game!

Is there currently a mod or script out there that prevents civilians/gang members from running/attacking when shots are fired or guns are pulled? Ive been attacked on many a traffic stop due to this.

Hey guys, I did a fresh install of GTA V on a new computer so when I load up LSPDFR my map only shows minimal areas. Is there a rage hook command to reveal the entire map?

The great thing about LSPDFR is that it gives us the ability to work different jurisdictions with different responsibilities. If someone wants to take a crack at it, I thought it would be interesting to get park ranger callouts if you are patrolling one of the designated wilderness areas. - Poaching in progress - Delayed poaching, show up and document the incident -Ability to check hunting and fishing licenses within designated forest areas -Lost person -Stranded motorist

Hi, Love the mod so far and really like the fact that it has so much potential for growth. As opposed to LCPDFR, LSPDFR lets us play around with different agencies and their respective responsibilities. I recently started enjoying doing some RP as a game warden. This led me to offer the following suggestions: -Make the ranger stations (there are two I believe) locations to go on duty and also allow these locations to have the jail feature for inmate drop off. -When calling for local backup in one of the state parks make it so that the game wardens respond. - Eventually I would love to see a feature where if you stop someone inside the state park boundary you can check their hunting/fishing license in addition to their ID. Not sure if this is possible but an idea that would be kind of cool.

Anyone know if a modder is working on a crown vic?

To the creators, First off, let me say you have something incredible in LSPDFR. I was one of the first players of LCPDFR when it came out and have been a follower ever since. You guys have accomplished so much in such little time that I can't wait to see what the future brings. Having said that, I would also like to make some suggestions for future releases that people like me would enjoy and were never implemented in LCPDFR. I am currently in the police academy here in Florida and have grown up in a police family. While I know many of us love the adrenaline of the car chases and shootouts, such events in real life are a very small percentage of what a police officer experiences. In reality, police officers are social workers/secretaries with guns whose jobs are comprised of 99% paperwork and boring calls and 1% action/sheer terror. I would like to see what I call "real police work" implemented. such as the following: - ROUTINE calls for service - Welfare checks - NON Violent domestic disturbances - Alarm calls - Basic thefts (shoplifting, property theft, delayed theft reports for property and auto's) - Implement some sort of report writing system (not saying we actually write a report, but perhaps before a prisoner transport is complete you have to hit a hotkey to write a report on the incident) I believe if you were to mix in some of these more basic calls for service, you would go a long way in appeasing the RP crowd like me. Keep up the great work.

I know there was a script a while back that when activated would have the AI police cycle through their siren tones when responding to calls/pursuits. Anyone know what script this was?

Hey, It's only some of my modded peds. Ive been around the modding scene for seven years and never experienced this. For instance, when I replace my troopers and cops with a certain model it works fine. However, when I replace traffic cop and fat cop with the same model the trainer freezes.... Not sure what to make of that.

Hey guys, I can select my other police peds no problem but when I select my FBI ped in the trainer my character doesn't change and the trainer menu gets stuck on the screen. Anyone know why?

Great work. This has by far added the most realism to those of us that want a truly RPG experience including the paper! Are there any plans to add a vehicle registration system? For instance when conducting a stop you can auto populate a plate number that will be attached to that vehicle so you can check its history ie stolen or not. In addition, can you currently issue warrants from playing out a call? Let's say you go to a theft and the victim knows the suspect. Can you then issue a not in custody report to generate a warrant? And lastly is there a predetermined amount of time a specific charge will keep someone in jail? I arrested someone today for suspended DL with knowledge, so are they out of the list of people to come in contact with until time has passed?

You know the saying, once you go first person you never..... well you get the jist. I have played LCPDFR since the very first release years ago and only got into first person mode about two years ago. I find that most people who do not like first person mode are in a situation where they are using bad or jumpy handling lines and also have dark tinted front windows. Once you get the handling and visibility down I don't know how first person isn't a must! If you are looking for a realistic way to play lcpdfr and jump in a cops shoes then this is the way to do it. I'm curious to know how many others like me are die hard first person fans.

You clearly need a lesson in modern policing. First off, as time goes on criminals become more prepared for confrontations with police and the police, in turn, must respond with necessary force. The police in Ferguson were under equipped by limited manpower to deal with the situation. You made the point that these were protests. These were not protests. Protests don't have people lighting molotov cocktails and then throwing them at police. They don't burn down and tear up local businesses. Let's go ahead and call a spade a spade. The town is black. The police are white. The black people see it as a racial injustice which actually inhibits them from seeing the facts, much like in the Zimmerman case. Have you had the police come and search your home for improper literature? Have you been randomly stopped and searched just because? No. You haven't. You know why? We DONT LIVE IN A POLICE STATE. The weapons in this case were non-lethal munitions used against a growing violent gathering of people. I have devoted my entire education towards studying our justice system. I don't have just a bachelor's in criminal justice but I have a master's degree as well. I have lived and breathed the study of our justice system my entire years in higher education. We do not have a police state and we are not headed in that direction. Thank God the police were able to wear riot gear to protect themselves because the first few nights of this thing were wildly out of control. It upsets me that this has now caused the media to question whether or not police departments need "military style" equipment. Maybe those same people would do well to watch the 44 minute footage of the North Hollywood bank robbery in 1997 in Los Angeles. These are not tools or equipment that need to be deployed every day, but given the right situation they are necessary. I live in a small county in Florida and our Sheriff's Office just purchased two APC's. Will they need to use them for a high threat deployment? Probably not, but if they need it they have it. That is the point of being well armed and well prepared. Go get an education or some law enforcement experience then come back and tell me if you believe that nonsense you just wrote.

This comment makes me wish there was a dislike button.You don't know the facts of the incident. If in fact Brown was going for the officers gun then the officer had every right to shoot, especially when you consider the threat level given by Brown's size. In addition, Brown had committed a strong armed robbery minutes before and even though the officer wasn't aware of this it would make sense that Brown thought he was being stopped because of the robbery. I guess not everyone here is pro law enforcement.... Ironic for the site.

Hey guys, So for months I have battled with the evil C000005 crash. I couldn't understand what was happening as I have a super high end computer, lots of ram, two badass cards in SLI and plenty of memory. Well, this week I found my problem. When installing 1.0C I had read that we could remove the file AdvancedHookInit.asi to remove error messages associated with the taser. Well I put the file back in my directory and voila...no crashes. Not even one. I played four hour long sessions this week without even a single problem. If you are getting this crash then this easy fix could be your problem if you removed the AdvancedHookInit.asi from your directory.
