If you mean in the screenshot, it's because I use the matte paint in the game, with my current visual mods normal paint is way too shiny. I'll upload new screenshots with normal paint- 24 comments

If you add this To carvariations.meta in either mpchristmas2, mpluxe or mpexecutive, you can turn the lightbar from orange to the classic police red and blue LED (I've included the Newark PD skin too, in case someone wants to use it, perfect to use with LtRob New Jersey megapack, credits to him for the logos)- 31 comments

I've been doing some more research, I've found only one for GTA V, but the stripes are placed differently. Maybe you could import it to IV in some way, I don't have any modding experience

Well I was quite sure ABF only had boats (and maybe helicopters/planes?) So I suppose this is a fictional skin Going back to the texture itself, I would have made it a bit different. Right now, it's just a black and white with some patterns and the ABF logo on the sides. Maybe changing the colors, making the car dark blue with a red stripe on the side, just like ABF boats? -

Ever since last week, all the civilian vehicles spawn either black, white or red. No other colors. It's quite annoying to cruise around and see most of the cars black. I have removed all the mods and verified the cache with Steam, but the problem persists. Any idea why? Is there a fix for this (idk, editing popcycle.dat?) EDIT: I would like to point out that this started "out of nowhere", not after installing a mod. One day vehicles spawned fine, the day after the issue appeared, without editing anything

You can install Traffic Policer by Albo1125, it has a function called mimick me that allows you to move stopped vehicles by making them mimick your car movements

Does anybody know if there is any MSP vehicle with the RV-25/RV-26 beacon and maybe the shark fin on the hood? I haven't found anything around. (I hope I've posted in the right section)

The stripe and logo are a bit too green, I'd grey them out a little bit. Other than that, nice skin, I'll use it along the TPS skins The green you used is the one on the left I've grayed it out, and I think it's even still too green.
