Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles). 
 
This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department. 
 
Special Thanks:
-To everyone who released the DEV models to make these possible. Sharing with the community really helps showcase multiple talents and ideas and wouldn't be possible without all your help and support of the community!!!
-Special Thanks to @Sinnisa and @shadowdiver710 of LSPDFR. They went and Created the Liveries for Almost all of the vehicles as well as help me with creating the liveries that I made in the pack, as well as Beta Testing the Pack to help me find any bugs and/or issues that I may have overlooked.
-Also Want to Thank @Mr.JonnhyCZG of LSPDFR. He offered his services to Beta Test the Pack as well as take amazing pictures and create a video for the Pack to showcase the great work that All 3 of these LSPDFR members were apart of.

-Multiple Liveries Enabled for All of the Vehicle Models (Additional CarVariation & Vehicle.meta edits maybe needed for some vehicles already not enabled).
-Templates to Create Your Own Liveries for the models (I'm sorry I had to create new ones for every vehicle. I wanted to use already created templates however I am not very good in regards to painting Black and White Units).

After 8 Long on and off Months of working on this Pack it is finally being released for everyone to use:
 
Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles). 
 
This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department. HOWEVER Fire Liveries are based on the Murrieta, Ca Fire vehicle Liveries but in Lore Form. The Sheriff Vehicles are based on the Eagle County, Colorado Sheriff Department Liveries but in Lore Form.
 
*NOTE* I know EMS/Fire/Tow/Taxi/ and Stanier are not part of a Sheriff's department, I just didn't want to create a 4th pack download for just those vehicles (And the Sheriff Vehicles are only 3 vehicles so it made more sense here then in the police or undercover one.)

After 8 Long on and off Months of working on this Pack it is finally being released for everyone to use:
 
Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles). 
 
This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department. HOWEVER Fire Liveries are based on the Murrieta, Ca Fire vehicle Liveries but in Lore Form. The Sheriff Vehicles are based on the Eagle County, Colorado Sheriff Department Liveries but in Lore Form.
 
*NOTE* I know EMS/Fire/Tow/Taxi/ and Stanier are not part of a Sheriff's department, I just didn't want to create a 4th pack download for just those vehicles (And the Sheriff Vehicles are only 3 vehicles so it made more sense here then in the police or undercover one.)

I wanted to do something with the sheriff design from Riverside County, and that's what got out!

I have tailored my texure to the largest possible field of vehicles and also liked to take some older cars with them to show the value of their work respect. I have not intentionally taken too new and exaggerated luminous cars, because it destroys a bit the athmosphere

It's finally here another out there release by me, a meter-maid car...(trike?) for GTA V and not only that but it's unlocked, so you guys can put what ever lightbar you want on it.
 
-------------------Story time----------
I was a little hesitant about releasing this as a dev, as when I first got the model back for GTA IV I had to buy it, and it cost me around $120 AUD (so $100 USD) which is why it was never released unlock for GTA IV, that and the way people acted was a little shit at the time. But with GTA V the community is much better and I have released many unlocked and DEV files for people to use and I have yet to see people claim them as their own, so this has gained some trust with me for this release. And if people don't break that trust I might work on and release the newer model Go4 also as a DEV.
 
=======Terms of Use============
1. Do not claim model as your own
2. Do not convert to other games without checking with me first.
3. When releasing file must be in a locked state.
4. You MAY NOT sell or profit from any part/texuter of this model in any state, personal or public.
 
----Know issues----
There is a small issue with the rims disappearing then the tires break, I looked into this for a few days to no luck.
You can 'elbow out' the windows as they are technically passengers windows.
To allow access from both side, the model needs a front passengers dummy, so the game thinks it is a two seater but it is not.
 

**NOTE: This texture has been completely redone since these screenshots, see video at the very bottom. I will try to get some new screenshots soon.

Changes: I changed the white chevrons to black and moved them down to the bumper, added the 2 white stripes & changed the text position on the trunk, put the 2 transparent grey stripes on the sides, made the half maple leaf outline with the emergency call 911 and fixed the dots on the back and changed the color to black and added the full black stripe around the whole vehicle.

So while watching @Jeff Favignano , @Bayareabuggs , and DK Daves Video of DOJ recently an episode that had me rollin was them driving around in the prison bus as a Yellow Jac party bus and had mention how it would be nice to paint it ( My other template pack has that bus uv map with a template  and anyone is welcome to use it https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack ).
 
But that got me thinking on another topic as well. There isn't any Party Bus's (That I know of Anyways) uploaded for mod downloading. So I decided to see if it was something I could even remotely try to tackle using just Rockstar pieces off the LST bus and to my surprise, I was able to take the LST Bus and transform it into a Party Bus inside and out (Yea Crazy Idea I know lol).
 
So Today I bring you the LST Bus however it has been transformed into a Party Bus for those looking to throw a party with all there friends (And don't worry the beer's on ice already ;) ).

Pros:
-UNLOCKED USE IT AS YOU WISH!
-Multi-Livery Ready already in case you want multiple paint jobs (Except glass). Just need to apply the correct CarVariation settings for it (FLAGS).
-UV Map Windows and Paint (Sorry if its a bad job on the windows as this was a first for me).
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Paint
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Glass
-Party Bus interior with working seats (You sit the way your facing like you should. Just offload from the bus weird due to making this right) and lights.
-LODS
 
Cons:
-Stripper Pole doesn't work (Yea I know bummer right? lol)
-Glass does not break (I think its just a setting I have to adjust on the material as I didn't use the bus_hi model or original glass material). If you know please feel free to share and I'll upload with a fix.

Terms of Use: This Model is unlocked for you to change anything you didn't like about mine.  IF you reupload the file all I ask is you credit me for the original party bus model. Feel free to use anything off of it that you like. All of it was made using Rockstar objects on the bus itself and just warpped, retextured and UV mapped by me.

So I got tired of filming my LSPDFR Episodes for my YouTube Channel and seeing all the Golf Carts out in Blaine County with no license plates on them (Real ones anyways)and having a valid reason to pull them over for it. 

Where I live in Southern California there is a law that allows you to register your golf cart to use on city streets however its only in certain cities that it is allowed (Mostly Older/Senior Living Communities) and you see the things all the time at the grocery store and being driven around town by older folks but with obvious restrictions (No Freeways, Blocking Lanes or Flow of Traffic)(AND IF YOUR WONDERING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE DRIVERS USUALLY LOL). 

So This is a Real Simple Edit. Just add's a License Plate on the back and front of the caddy2 model. BUT WAIT, THEIRS MORE,  The Front and Rear License Plates are 1 Extra (extra3) so sometimes you will see vehicles in violation with no License Plates(May have to change the car variation file to get it to work properly) so you may still get a valid reason for no plates but they will physically not be there instead. 
 
-Admin please move if the "Misc" Section wasn't the valid place to upload this to. I figured it would be vehicle models but as simple as it is I didn't want to clutter the Vehicle Model section with this small and simple edit.

Model is unlocked because not much was done to create this.

The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation maintains a unit of full-time and seasonal uniformed officers who enforce parks department rules and regulations, as well as New York State laws within the jurisdiction of New York City parks. Established in 1981, NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol officers patrol on foot, bicycle, horseback, in marked sedans, vans, scooters, carts, ATVs, SUVs and trucks. Parks Enforcement officers are responsible for protecting NYC Park land, waterways under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation, city owned monuments, and public pools. This mod simulates the workings of the Lojack system. When a lojack-equipped vehicle is stolen, the owner will activate the lojack transmitter on the vehicle remotely. Police cars that are equipped with a Lojack tracker will be able to locate the stolen vehicle via beeping sounds. The closer the police car is near the vehicle, the quicker the beeps get. So again, this mod will fully simulate that experience.

This mod is not a callout, but a simple plugin that will search for Lojack-enabled vehicles as an ambient event.
 
Make sure to put LojackPlugin.dll and LojackPlugin.ini and LojackPlugin.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder. 
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.
 
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings. 
 
Note: To mark as recovered, you must be on foot and within 5 meters of the vehicle.

The Los Santos Lifeguard is responsible for the welfare of coastal visitors in the County of Los Santos. This ranges from lifesaving services and proactive education of the dangers of water, to law enforcement in association with the San Andreas Parks Authority. This pack provides the ability to serve the needs of this agency, without resorting to boring vanilla and non-ELS models.
 
This pack contains two models, matched with textures.
2016 Chevrolet Impala PPV Equipped with emergency response equipment, in order to get to callouts faster and safer!  Equipped with a versatile Thule bike rack and Scorcher pushbike to increase the versatility of your patrol. Marked for easy identification of LS Lifeguard personnel. 2010 Ford E350 Super Duty Equipped with emergency response equipment, in order to get to callouts faster and safer!  Equipped with a rack to hold official surfboards and other equipment. Marked for easy identification of LS Lifeguard personnel.  
Credits and installation instructions are included within the download. If I have missed you out of the credits, please let me know via PM and I will make an amendment! This modification requires Emergency Lighting System (ELS).

So while watching @Jeff Favignano , @Bayareabuggs , and DK Daves Video of DOJ recently an episode that had me rollin was them driving around in the prison bus as a Yellow Jac party bus and had mention how it would be nice to paint it ( My other template pack has that bus uv map with a template  and anyone is welcome to use it https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack ).
 
But that got me thinking on another topic as well. There isn't any Party Bus's (That I know of Anyways) uploaded for mod downloading. So I decided to see if it was something I could even remotely try to tackle using just Rockstar pieces off the LST bus and to my surprise, I was able to take the LST Bus and transform it into a Party Bus inside and out (Yea Crazy Idea I know lol).
 
So Today I bring you the LST Bus however it has been transformed into a Party Bus for those looking to throw a party with all there friends (And don't worry the beer's on ice already ;) ).

Pros:
-UNLOCKED USE IT AS YOU WISH!
-Multi-Livery Ready already in case you want multiple paint jobs (Except glass). Just need to apply the correct CarVariation settings for it (FLAGS).
-UV Map Windows and Paint (Sorry if its a bad job on the windows as this was a first for me).
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Paint
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Glass
-Party Bus interior with working seats (You sit the way your facing like you should. Just offload from the bus weird due to making this right) and lights.
-LODS
 
Cons:
-Stripper Pole doesn't work (Yea I know bummer right? lol)
-Glass does not break (I think its just a setting I have to adjust on the material as I didn't use the bus_hi model or original glass material). If you know please feel free to share and I'll upload with a fix.

Terms of Use: This Model is unlocked for you to change anything you didn't like about mine.  IF you reupload the file all I ask is you credit me for the original party bus model. Feel free to use anything off of it that you like. All of it was made using Rockstar objects on the bus itself and just warpped, retextured and UV mapped by me.

Royal San Andreas Constabulary
 
Hey everyone. Got some more goodies for all of you. This pack is based off the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary. As always this pack includes 10 skins for each vehicle with different unit numbers and plates. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Let me know of any issues or suggestions.
