Its cool to see something different with the chp however not sure if your going on accuracy or a fictional chp look from the title of your upload. If accuracy then it is not chp. Chp have black and white or all white vehicles, they use a different font above the logo on the door and a different color of yellow, more like a gold. If fictional then its nice to see something different but shares the chp emblem to give some vararity and options to choose from while maintaining a highway patrol car appearance.- 6 comments

Anyone else? Still really stumpped on this. I changed the lights to different ID's (Tail lights) and they worked in game but like a taillight so I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the ID's but I cannot for the life of me figure it out.So For Everyone that has asked me before Added two more videos. #3: How to Convert GTA 4 Parts to GTA 5 #4 How to Setup a Lightbar for ELS.Did that as well @0taku. Still not working unless you see something I did wrong with it?
Sorry I'm not trying to criticize your work. Just pointing out some things that I observed is all. I'm pretty bad at making textures so I can't criticize anyone.
Font looks over sized for the back of the vehicle. Also is it just me or does the Police on the left front Fender not match like the one on the right front fender?
Lettering seems to be oversize to the car. Also there isn't a license plate on the vehicle. Also was this based on a RL department that is Lore Friendly? Or is it fictional only?- 1 comment

Some of the text seems a bit oversize for the vehicle kind of like it was just slapped on there. Also we need license plates. Driving around without a license plate isn't good either. Maybe break up the lettering if it is going to go through a door as well? It looks weird that a Department would have a letter getting cut off because the door was opening in that spot.- 9 comments

Hey Everyone, Really stumped on this problem I'm having. Hoping someone else has had it before and knows how to fix it or someone can see in my screenshots that I did something wrong that I can't see but having the hardest time troubleshooting it. I have spot lights and a big flood light on the Sheriff Truck that I am making. They were working before however the Template for the truck was broken and I had to redo it (Long Story). Well now that I fixed the Template and it looks right now the lights don't want to work. By Lights I mean the Extra Lights. I have the High Beam lights on the Truck and the Spotlights under extralight_1 and the flood lights on extralight_2 I have them in the Hierarchy above everything else. Also in the Material Browser I have them placed at the top of the browser. The Glass is placed at the bottom of the browser.Makes total sense. Thank you for Correcting me on this.You know what? I stand corrected on the LOD's to. Lundy is right. Its been so long I forgot they do use LOD's however not in the same way as GTA 5 does by using the mesh and compounding it into the dummy. Its been a while but I believe they sit within the dummy instead. (Correct me if I'm wrong again here @Lundy).I dont recall ever seeing them in zmodeler 2 then again i didnt know hardly anything at moddeling at the time as there was only gta 4 and no gta 5 at the time. If i look again i might see it though. And i totally agree on the lods. This video is showing how to do it the quick way. The way to show up in game kind of quick and not the proper way with little to no poly count use (ie L4 shouldnt be more then 500 to 600) Nope you didnt miss it. I didnt know how to do it. Thanks for sharing though as I'm always learning everyday with models and this is something i could use for future builds (Along with @Lundy way to properly do lods)Zero gta 4 does not use lodsSo Finally got around to being bored enough and burnt out on listening to Music to Narrate how to make and uv map a template for a vehicle. Also did one on how to make LOD's (The Cheap and easy way with optimization). May make some more for my YouTube channel and share here but for now heres the two :). This was not made to be a police vehicle. It's simply an edit to a civilian car. Besides there is another golf cart that is much nicer that would be better suited as a police vehicle.- 7 comments

Hey Everyone, So I got tired of filming my LSPDFR Episodes for my YouTube Channel and seeing all the Golf Carts out in Blaine County with no license plates on them (Real ones anyways)and having a valid reason to pull them over for it. Where I live in Southern California there is a law that allows you to register your golf cart to use on city streets however its only in certain cities that it is allowed (Mostly Older/Senior Living Communities) and you see the things all the time at the grocery store and being driven around town by older folks but with obvious restrictions (No Freeways, Blocking Lanes or Flow of Traffic)(AND IF YOUR WONDERING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE DRIVERS USUALLY LOL). So This is a Real Simple Edit. Just add's a License Plate on the back and front of the caddy2 model. BUT WAIT, THEIRS MORE, The Front and Rear License Plates are 1 Extra (extra3) so sometimes you will see vehicles in violation with no License Plates(May have to change the car variation file to get it to work properly) so you may still get a valid reason for no plates but they will physically not be there instead. -Admin please move if the "Misc" Section wasn't the valid place to upload this to. I figured it would be vehicle models but as simple as it is I didn't want to clutter the Vehicle Model section with this small and simple edit. In the pictures or Vid? The picture is a screenshot of the vid so the quality is not as good as I would like it. Also the lights look a little dull in the daytime as well might be why. Its not fully dark in the vid
