Nevermind it seems there was another backup.xml in my custom folder. after removing it works now

I just replaced with backup and still same issue. Ill upload and you can see whats wrong hopefully

Yes i keep having issues with callouts going code 4 right after they start. I get the errror that says "Theres an issue with the backup configuration file, please revert any changes. I will include my log and screenshots of things installed RagePluginHook.log

Basically I cant have any of the blk highway callouts as it keeps crashing when i arrive on scene. The line from the crash log says this I tried adding New York State trooper ped model week ago and i think its outdated. I accidently placed it in main files its the S_M_Y_Hway cop 1 ped model. Im assuming its this thats causing he crash. Anytime i request state patrol unit they show up and they look all mistextured like the terminator bad guys from terminator 2 with random textures glitching all over its body

I don't know whats causing this issue but sometimes after Ive been in pause and press b using Xbox controller to go back to play (not sure is its the cause) I just die(wasted) literally nothing else is happening i just get wasted. Any help would be much appreciated
