How can I change the environment lighting in ELS V8? I would like to adjust the configuration so that I can have red and blue environment lighting when I have my lights enabled. EDIT: I have searched the forums but I have only seen guides for previous versions of ELS. And I do not want to mess with my ELS using those guides because I prefer not to make a mistake while adjusting my configuration.

replacing the noose car with another one fixed the issue

As the title states. Maybe installing another vehicle in it's place? This happens when choosing a police vehicle in lcpdfr or when I'm just using SNT to spawn it. Never mind, the issue was solved. I just replaced it with another vehicle and it did the trick! Another issue arose. When I get out of the car near with the els on, I get the "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working" message.

As the title states! Just upgraded cpu to amd fx-8320 Vishera @4.0ghz and watercooled ..I have 8 gigs ddr3 ram and an ati radeon hd 3870 x2

I had tried that but the truck or at least what was left of it had stayed behind... I just disbaled bravehearts script in the end though. How can I get this thread closed though?

What about the AMD FX-4300? 3.8ghz quadcore seems alright

Well I made several changes to my game..it certainly runs more smooth..I was able to conserve my resolution it was just the enb and vehicles..the pc is custom so making changes isn't a problem..but which AMD card seems best for the scenario? Should I upgrade the RAM while Im at it?

Which brand? or if you could recommend a specific one to me. I heard AMD is the worst with gta iv

Oh and btw, what should i upgrade first? the CPU?

My setup: AMD Phenom II x2 555 @3.2ghz ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 3870 X2 @1gb 8gb DDR3 RAM ..I'm running lcpdfr and bravehearts policing scripts along side several other scripts. (ELS, ALPR, and spotlight) ..I'm also running the latest version of icenhancer with all vehicles replaced with custom models..Im wondering if anyone could point me towards a direction to get better frames per second and reduce game stuttering along with random script crashes from bravehearts policing script..maybe some suggestions for catalyst settings and driver versions..and whether or not i should delete bravehearts policing script to prevent conflict as my game ran more smooth before the script..oh and btw Im using xliveless just read that disabling catalyst AI improves performance..hmm Also using windows 7 64 bit

I'm new to the forums and I just recently started running LCPDFR and Bravehearts police script together. While playing as an officer with lcpdfr enabled, I hit the 'Alt+Delete' combo to enable braveheart's policing modification. Dispatch informed me of an intoxicated driver call and I responded, after arriving to the scene I dealt with the driver and had him picked up by the suspect pickup (F10 option) ..so I went on and responded to some more calls..and the more and more I played, the more the game lagged..I noticed that the vehicle that the intoxicated suspect was driving was still at the crime scene and I blew it up hoping that it would disable the marker on the map and make the object clear..but that did not work out so I had to close gta iv in order to resolve the issue..is there a possibility this can happen again? and is there another way to deal with this? Specs: CPU:AMD Phenom x2 555 @3.2ghz Video Card: ATI Radeon HD3870X2 @1024 mhz RAM: 8 gigs DDR3 CPU is a AMD Phenom II x2 555 @3.2ghz
