At this point i think i pretty much figured out with the V7 they wont be responding to the lights themselves and its not a bug. But is there a alternative mod or addon for els so they do pullover and get out of the way to lights only? Thanks

Hey, I'm not trying to avoid answering your questions but Im not interested in being tested by you. I'm here to help, seriously guys come on. I'm trying to help a growing community and I'm continuously receiving negative comments. I'm not bill gates, I'm not super smart. But I'm interested in helping others. I think I know what the problem is ( I'm not positive) but I'm not sure how to fix it. This is my thought, the screen resolution isn't connected to the gta iv screen resolution. I don't know how to solve the issue. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I downloaded lcpdfr a month or two before I actually made the account. Also, I'm not an expert and modding and cannot create a script but. I can edit and figure out the scripts with ease. I have solved my own errors and want to help other solve similar ones. You right I'm not a veteran in the lcpdfr community but I have been playing the game for a good amount of time to help people with there game. I really don't like how you made assumptions about myself. I have wrote scripts for many other games and became very involved in many other giant communities. I've been administrators of many website and forums with 1000+. Once again I'm not an expert in writing and creating mod for gta iv. Thanks, Scooby

Yes, it said wait for it too be approved and it was approved when i got home around 4-5PM PST Also, of course i'm not impersonating G17 staff that's not my interest. I just feel the need to assist the staff and get members more involved and be helpful to people with problems with LCPD:FR. I stated that its community members not developers, once i receive the option to edit the group i will or staff. Again not my interest to impersonate staff. sorry for the confusion. Can you be more specific and detailed? Error Codes? Debug Info? ______ I'm not a Professional modder but i have solved issues through experience but, the more information provided the better solution and more the issue can be narrowed down. Thanks, Scooby

Hello All, I've had this issues several times, I'm not a pro at modding, but I do have basic script skills from school and other gaming I've done. I've investigated this issue myself when I received this error. Since I'm not a developer of LCPD:FR or any other script I would like to say right now. I'm not guaranteeing you this will work and the fix is through my experience and how I was able to fix it. _________ If This Happened Immediately After "Load Sucessful" -This appeared to me as an issue with a modification to CDImages or and integrity file IE: Car Files, Skin Files, Weapon Files Etc. 1. Replace the modded weapon files with the backup weapon files first as these appear to be the most unsuccessful at working in my experience. 2. Retry loading the game 3. If your game does not appear to still work check for any updates for your scripts. 4. Replace the other modded files with the original and go back to number 2. __________ Steam Users Only Step 5. 5. Alright we've done what we can ourselves now to be saved by Steam! - 1. Goto Steam - 2. Open GTA IV in your library - 3. Right click properties - 4. Select what I believe is called "Game Files" - 5. Click "Check Cache Integrity" - 6. If something failed and it downloaded the file that a good sign. --READ: If you installed the taser from LCPD:FR you will need to redownload the taser!! - 7. Check for success 6. Try Using OpenIV to run GTA IV _________ Hey... We tried the best we could. This stuff is complicated aint it.. You have a few remaining options. 1. Wait And post a support or PM me for a specific problem and get help from myself or someone else that probably way better at this than myself 2. Reinstall the game. Something must've gone wrong. Narrowed down the options. I've had this issue before also, it's is(atleast for me was) a faulty and or incorrectly installed script/mod. If you run gta iv through steam open steam, goto gta iv right click the title, open properties, click I think it's called check cache integrity, once that's done(it uninstalls files that you changed ie car files, gun files, character skin files) also, this will cause you to need to reinstall lcpdfr due since it fixes the taser mod (applicable if you installed the taser) if nothing works or you dot run off of steam. Try running it using OpenIV. It seemed to help the game load and avoid errors. I don't know why but it does for myself. Hope I helped. Good luck.

I'm not a pro at this but I've had similar problems and I can try to help 1. Reinstall script hooks and asi loaders making sure it's up to date 2. If you have Xliveless.dll installed it may be causing you issues. May want to check on that. 3. Reinstall LCPD:FR (check all the Avaliable installations except for Xliveless) 4. Check for any updates for all your mods and scripts. 5. Backup any modifications to anything not in the scripts folder IE Car Mods, Gun Mods etc you may do one at a time to save your self time. 6. This (For no appearent reason) seems to fix some errors. Run GTA through OpenIV. It seems to save me from crashes. 7. Sounds like your out of luck. Try Reinstalling the game. Or keep asking for others help. Again, I'm not a pro modder or anything all this is through experience. I hope I helped! Good luck!

I like that fact that vdH policing help has pretty detailed call outs about the person, car and street etc. I think it could add some realism to the game. Like for. Example "Dispatcher: Unit 06, Be Advised Of A Hit And Run With a Possible Fatality, Are You Avaliable?" "Unit 06: Yes, Unit 06 On Standby" "Dispatcher: Suspect Vehicle License, 1 ,3 ,Alpha ,5 ,Bravo ,9 ,0. Last Seen on Rocket Street." Or something similar. Sorry if I repeated any post. Thanks

It happens to me everyonce in a while, try pressing F7 so ur busy then turn it back on. If it doesn't still work, press ~, and type "ReloadScripts" no "" Hope it works Best wishes
