In a lore vehicles mood right now and was tired of the lack of a good buffalo2 so I made one myself using parts and the skin from the Awesome ELS vanilla pack by NefariousBonne. Not just a Buffalo S with a lightbar, I edited the bodykit (removed it basically), made some other minor 'PPV' edits.
