laxpd also have them :) but they use valors, would love to see an LASD version then :)

well LAPD did test the caprices but never bought them, they also had the Tir 3 lightbar (i think thats what its called)

The LAPD definetly have caprices, it's even one of their most modern police cars.

I've never heard of an LAPD Caprice. I doubt they have them, LA Airports Police have them, but I've never seen an LAPD Caprice, do you mean Impala?

I got somezhing wrong right there, so the LAPD had them only for a small amount of time to test them, like officer27 said they didn't bought them at the end. And yes the LAX Police uses them.

After I work on a few more things I should get it up and going for you guys. Just need to make sure all of the parties involved in the model give the green light for release.

I don't believe LAPD actually used the caprice often. I know they intended to at first but it fell through. I could be wrong.

This will indeed have dual spotlights. I'm also working on a slicktop /and an unmarked variant.

I'm super excited for this model too, but he did say above (a few times) that he'd release it when all parties involved in its creation had given the green light. Someone must not be ready yet, unfortunately.
