Ah yes I see, keep overlooking the very small details, ill change that before release, Also there are two spotlights, P side one is folded down and D side on is a red spotlight that turns on when sirens are active.

When they have fogs they're quite visible, it'll be a white circle even if they're recessed. Most large departments don't bother with fog-lights, it's an extra expense and extra maintenance, unless (like the CHP Ford Explorers) the fogs are used for emergency lighting.

I swear it looks like they're there, but what ever I not an expert on chargers.

The bottom image is the circular cover which goes in place of where the fog light goes. I hope it makes it a little clearer
