LCPD's new highway enforcement units are cracking down on bikers in the Alderney area, this one was caught on the highway without a helmet, he was promptly arrested and taken to the station. The arresting officer refused to let this one go with just a ticket, as he posed a high risk to himself and others on the highway.

    It's a trial run of the vehicle imported over to LC. If they liked it they will convert it's livery to LC, if not it get's exported back.
