Thanks for your help is advance!  I installed the non-steam version of GTA and only installed LSPDFR.  When I am in the game, as soon as I try to load LSPDFR, I get a crash.  I uninstalled, reinstalled, same result.  I installed the Steam version of the software from scratch, and I still get the same result.  Any help would be awesome!  THANKS!!

You have to update .NET 4.6.2  to .NET 4.7.2.
