I don't even have any experience with GIMP or Photoshop, so i don't even think i'd be able to fade the black with the blue with Paint.NET lol

You can do that with the newest Paint.NET. I also use add-ons, but you can still do the gradient.

If you cropped that decal out of the picture, it would work really well in your texture. You would have to take out most of the white background, but leaving some wouldn't matter, as it won't show on the car in-game. I did this with a texture I made yesterday, and it looks great. The picture you posted would work great for grabbing that decal from.

I have Eurostyle, and it look's nothing like that

EDIT: Herp Derp, you are right, but i can't get it to curve the opposite way.

For that, with Paint I don't know, since I don't use it, but with Gimp, using the perspective tool you can turn the words to the left.

Yup, I do my textures with GIMP, works great. Perspective is great for slanting words or images. I used perspective to reverse the slant for the opposite side decal.

Press Control+T on the layer.

Click and hold control on the top corners.
