I have two problems right now. The first one is, when I launch RPH sometimes it says insufficient permissions or slow system, and sometimes it does not and launches.  I litteraly have to get lucky for the game to launch. I've made the Plugin Timeout Threshold the highest and I am running on administrator. The other problem is when it does launch and I go to the station to go on duty, LSPDFR crashes.  This was not happening before and im pretty sure its one of the mods I've recently downloaded so I deleted them and it was still crashing. This might be somewhat of the cause of the second problem; Certain mods of mine says that they were for 0.3 and not 0.4, and to use them at your own risk. So I did, and it was working fine. I'm not sure thats the cause but it might be. My specs are CrashReport_josep_637135784262747991.txtAMD Ryzen 5 3550H and Nividia Geforce GTX 1050.

I have been having the same issue. One thing that I have found that seems to work is drag and drop the RPH files in GTA V root folder each time before launching RPH. If you already have a LSPDFR character, try using the command ForceDuty before going to the police station. 

Hopefully this works for you. That is what I have been doing for a work around until I hopefully find a permanent solution.

Please post your RPH Crash Log. To do that, follow these steps:

 

1. Open your GTA 5 Main Directory.
2. Find the text file titled: "RagePluginHook.log".
3. Copy and paste it to your desktop.
4. Upload it here.

Ah thank you! Works great! I was wondering if I can change back my Plugin Timeout Threshold back to 10000 and run RPH without administrative permissions?

I recommend staying at 60,000 otherwise you might experience crashes. And if the Admin Permissions are keeping the game from saying Insufficient Perms, you will have to keep using them.
