Declasse Granger 3000X (SWB) Slicktop

 

 

Description below:

A shorter version of an original GTA V Granger modified by Thundersmacker and DLer. I have mapped it and modified to slicktop/unmarked version.

 

Plates by Abraxas, slightly modified by DLer.

 

There is an extra low-key NOOSE skin included in the archive, made by me using Abraxas's source files.

 

I recommend to put this file in an 8 or 6 lights slot (every slot except for FBI slot, which only permits 4 lights - it looks bad).

Installation:

 

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.

- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate

models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.

Nice job on the LSPD ELS pack! Looking forward to LC-spec'd vehicles!

 

I don't know what sorts of unlocked models are out there, but do you think you can add Ambulance, Firetruck, and the N/PStockades to your to-do lists? Unless someone else whips up lore-friendly models, those are going to be left in the non-ELS dust.

Lt.Caine made ELS ambulances and a firetruck (they might need vcf changes), and IIRC Cj24 made an ELS LCPD nstockade. I might do an ELS and Non-ELS LSPD SWAT stockade after I am done with LCPD.

Also, I am waiting for somebody to convert Vapid Sadler (F-150 lookalike), so I can make true FDNY style ambulances.

I know there's some older ELS FD vehicles, but I wasn't sure how much updating they'd need or if I'd be able to figure them out.

 

ELS is giving me some CTD headaches, as I'd expected, and I don't know if it's to do with your models, ELS, my game, or my system. But, it's a new experience finally using it and seeing those lights in my GTAIV.
