The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Make sure you don't load LSPD:FR on startup in the RagePluginHook settings.
Once you've done that, load ingame and load LSPD:FR via the console.

LML will give you a prompt to accept licenses.
READ THEM CAREFULLY! They are bascially collecting your private data!

    Would it also be advisable to tell the user to turn up his plugin threshold?

    Not until the freeze warning appears. I had the same thing after installing LML. It's a one time-run to accept the license.

    I did increase my threshold to 30,000 after I posted this, no change.

    Yeah, same. But LML has a policy you need to accept and that won't let you load LSPD:FR on startup.
    You can change it next time.

    It worked! Thank you! It’s funny because I could hear me switching through menu screens whenever I hit the bumper on the controller before, but the screen was black. Makes sense now.
