Thanks for the reply. Just tried running the game again just now and the game freezes and doesn't unfreeze.

Per my screenshot attached, I jump on duty and the moment I try to activate the coastal callouts plugin or even the regular LSPDFR menu (using Menu button on my controller) the game freezes. When I disabled Coastal Callouts and Updated Gameconfig file in LML, LSPDFR works correctly.
• Did the game crash to desktop, or did the plugin crash? Game freezes, apologies if using the wording crash is wrong.
• Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue. Happens every time I try to activate LSPDFR or Coastal Calls menu.

So the boats have a weird chrome to them, also nothing spawns at LSIA or Ft Zancudo

With the "weird chrome" this can be caused by some visual mods which make a very stupid change to the vehicle_mesh shader. Try replacing update.rpf/common/shaders/win32_40_final/vehicle_mesh.fxc with the original file. 

 

Things should spawn at LSIA if you've installed the mod correctly. You should see helicopters landing or a plane taking off occasionally, and some aircraft parked inside the hangar. If you teleport to the airport they may be less likely to spawn than if you drive/fly to the airport yourself. The mod doesn't add anything to the map at Fort Zancudo. 

Hey so I just installed costal callouts my game does not crash but the menu wont come up the orange logos wont come up some of the stations wont spawn and I cant even force a callout via callout manger

Describe your problem in detail. Explain what you have already tried to solve the problem. My game wont crash but cc will not let me get into the menu of force a callout via callout manger I have reinstalled lml and cc multiply times

It looks to me like the mod is installed correctly, and I don't see any errors in the log. Please go on duty, wait until everything is fully loaded, then try opening the menu and forcing a callout, then upload the RagePluginHook.log directly from your game folder (not from the logs subfolder) immediately afterwards.

Okay, the USCG defender w/ ELS on the doors do some weird transparent flashing

I was playing GTA and noticed that the dolphin and aw139 were acting like emergency vehicles because they were working with DashcamV and Siren Mastery. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Well they are emergency vehicles. If you don't want them to be for some reason you can edit the vehicles.meta file in data/addon folder of the LML package. Find those models and remove the emergency vehicle and law enforcement vehicle flags. 

Hi Parks Love this mod no criticism other than this issue;  I have the British add on Pack installed and Whenever I try and land the HMCG aw130 at designated helipads [ones with the yellow circle around them after a rescue] my game crashes but everything else like boats and the rest of the helicopter rescuing like the winch and stuff is fine no crashes other than attempting to land at these. 

Are you aware of this issue?

Do you have a fix?

I also have the advanced helicopter taxi mod as well, so it could be that.

The game crashes everytime at the exact spot as RPH is starting to load the plugins. The game then crashes to desktop with RPH then also reporting the game has crashed.

Do you have the latest version of GTA V, and is it a legal copy of the game? If the game is crashing with any custom gameconfig then there is something else wrong.

100% a legit copy on Steam that I own. Game version is the very latest.

Can I use EUP for this? I downloaded EUP 8.2 and it works perfectly fine but there isn't a folder in the "EUP Optional" folder for version 8.2. Does that matter or not?

The 8.1 EUP files should work OK for it.

Without LML installed and in my GTA V directory, I can get the game running no problem with custom gameconfigs. With LML installed in the directory however none of them seem to work when installed manually through openiv, or through LML itself, and I've tried five different gameconfigs at this point. All crash at the loading screen at the exact same time.

 

I should also point out disabling my antivirus, which I thought may be the culprit, had no effect either unfortunately.

When I installed the EUP for coastal callouts I just took the wardrobe file from the EUP optional file and dropped it into  my EUP file (and also did the other steps). When I had my wardrobe notepad file full of the coastal callouts wardrobe text when I launched GTA 5 nothing popped up and I couldn't open the coastal callouts menu (]) but upon deleting the text and having a blank wardrobe file it worked. Also, what do you mean by having a working gameconfig? I mean, I have alot of scripts that work and EUP works fine with LSPDFR.
