Description of Problem:

When I load LSPDFR and go on duty GTA will freeze and then RPH will block the plugin for freezing. I have tried going to actual police stations and in the locker selecting "Go on Duty" It still crashes. I have tried in the RPH console running "ForceDuty" and I produce the same result. Please help!

I'm not an expert but this used to happen to me when I had either faulty or incompatible plugins. Try removing all the plugins you've installed from the mods folder and then see if you can go on duty. If you can, then that means one of the plugins is most definitely causing LSPDFR to freeze. Then you would have to do a trial and error kind of test by adding each plugin one at a time and see which one is causing the crash. BTW post what plugins you're using!

Try removing BetterEms plugin. It used to crash my game and I just reinstalled it to see and it froze my game. Also have you tried removing all plugins and playing LSPDFR? 

First try removing BetterEMS to see if it works, if it doesnt, then do the test by removing all plugins and adding them one by one. 

 

Please send your RagePluginHook.log.

Also; BetterEMs works just fine, even without Albo's mods. 
I do see a bunch of outdated plugins, like CheepCallouts and Computer+ though.
