The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    One thing I can see is that you have a rather low Plugin Timeout Threshold. What you want to do is this:

    1. Launch RPH.
    2. When it gets to the tiny window, click the silver cog button in the bottom left.
    3. Find the tab that has Plugin Timeout Threshold in it.
    4. Change it to 60,000.
