Please tell me the sequence of installation of mods from albo.

Try installing the latest version of ragenativeUI after youve installed all your plugins, what other plugins do you have? 

The log file, there is the principle of any bet the game crashes.

Following the launch of GTAV.exe hangs the game, new log file.

RagePluginHook.log

 

As you can see through what I went through, but the game will be short-lived, or crash or hang, and works in windowed mode, in full window hangs.

Try download a new gameconfig (I recommend https://sv.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars) then you install these two plugins.

for all that dont know albo has retired and no long update any of his mods after 4.0 or so they are open to the public for who ever like to take after him

His plugins still work fine. They will throw a warning when going on duty, but you can ignore it.
