Hi there, Cazzy again. I was wondering if anyone can suggest me something that can allow me to Select my Weapon Load Out and Lock it so I can't pick up Weapons. Like If I only wanna carry a Deagle, Shotgun and a Long Rifle and that's it. Also something that allows me to Summon/Spawn my Police Cruiser and Repair it if necessary or make it Invulnerable to Damage?

I dont know for the first part. However, for the second part, I can recommend this trainer:

Side note, RPH and SHV need to be updated since the new DLC came out. You will need to wait until they are released to play. :)

If I remember correctly those were included with the LSPDFR Download so same Route? Just Download and Install?

For that download I linked, everything goes into the main directory.

You can also try the "PoliceMenu V" mod. It's what I use and is specifically tuned to police things there is also a quick repair key.

 

For the weapons you could use "Easy Loadout Continued". It doesn't make it so you can't pick weapons up but it adds a hotkey so you can give yourself the loadout that you made in the .ini
