I'm at my wits end. Been trying for five straight days in a row to get LSPDFR to load properly. Ragepluginhook will not hook GTAV.

 

I've Been playing LSPDFR 4.4 for awhile with zero problems and just recently get the SSIP error. Everything I've tried does not work. 

I've reinstalled GTAV/LSPDFR/Rage/Script/MyGirlfriend/Mods in/Mods out/No Anti-Virus/Disabled Defender. Installed to a different drive. Makes no difference.

 

It will randomly play perfectly with all mods if I do a reboot and start it directly after the boot but the percentage of the reboot tries it l just give me the &%$#$@# SSIP error. 

 

I'm beginning to believe this is either the GTAV Launcher or a windows service that starts on a delay. Maybe because of the 1909 windows update?

 

Anyone else find this happening?

 

I have the retail version, one directory with mods folder which I've used flawlessly for months until this week.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND FOR SLOW SYSTEM INSUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS ERROR OR OTHER.

 

This might be a possible solution to SSIP. I was able to load LSPDFR three times in a row with this method. 

Can't say this will work for everyone but it did work for me.

 

Create a new user account in windows. (Google search just how to do this). Give yourself admin rights.

Log out of your regular accountant and then into the new one.

You probably will need to make a new shortcut to RagePlugin to your desktop.

You'll have to resign into Social Club but the game and all your plugins should work on the new account.

 

You'll get the North Yanton intro but LSPDFR should load right over top of it.

I imagine if you wanted to you can play GTAV before LSPDFR for a few until your past the bankholdup. Doesn't really matter becasue LSPDFR should play normally anyway.

 

I've only tested this for a short time but I did go back into my normal account and try to play LSPDFR and got the slow system insufficient permission error.

 

Hope this helps until a more permanent solution is found.

I've been testing the second account work around and it works perfectly for me.

If your like me and has tried every possible solution to get LSPDFR running with out getting Slow System Insufficient Permissions error then give this a try and see if it helps.

 

I suggest playing GTAV up until you can save after Lamar and Franklin or you mini/map will only show North Yankton. Plus you'll have to change some settings but otherwise then that you should have all your plugins, els, etc working.

 

Just to say again this workaround works for me and thought it would be proper to share. 

 

Also to mention I am running windows 10 pro version 1909. 

Got this SSIP error nearly right after the November update.

Yes. I've tried every possible solution I could find on internet. (Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS Build 18363.535)

 

Personally I think its a Windows 10 pro issue on certain machines. I've reinstalled GTAV several times, even to a different drive and still doesn't work properly. 

It will sometimes work if I reboot and click Rage right off, but it works flawlessly in my second windows account every time. Weird stuff.

Thank you so much for this! I tried every fix I could and none of them worked but this one. It does suck though that I can't use my main account for LSPDFR and have to switch back and forth when I want to play the game.
