The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Uhhh?  WHYYYYY??? and is it an option?  Driving during pursuit and get close to suspect and the freaking camera changes and places me into a wall?  sure hope that does not happen to police in real life haha...

    In your GTA directory, go to the lspdfr folder and open the LSPDFR INI.  Add this on a new line.

      

    Chase.DisableCameraFocus = true
