In your GTA directory, go to the lspdfr folder and open the LSPDFR INI.  Add this on a new line.
 

Chase.DisableCameraFocus = true

Idk but is anyone else having the same problem Im having when I try starting up the game in steam usually the Rockstar launcher comes up and takes 10 sec to log me in and Rph but idl it's saying "Updating Rockstar launcher " and it's just keeps blinking idk..

Battlefield 1942? Now that's a game I haven't heard of in forever.
 
So many hours of my life were spent in that game. And I learned a lot more about World War II there than in school!
