lcpdfr has installed successfully, but the alt and p just makes the screen blurry. i was unable to install .95 verison of fr and i came up with this

im perfectly fine with the old version i have completed the first mission and was wondering if there was anything else im missing.

i have the diagnostic tool but it keeps giving me an error when i try to run it

What are you patched to with GTAIV?

Please use the search feature on the site before posting.

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

my verison of the game is accually already 1.0.7.0 i bought it from game stop and downloaded it from them. i have proceeded with the unchecking of the files. how do i run the diagnostic tool as admin? my windows keeps saying that it is a error with the program.

I see you voted down my post sir.

And said it doesnt have to do with patch. However, it possibly can do with it since you stated that LCPDFR .95 version wasnt able to be installed.

However, seeing as you do not need my help. Figure it out with someone else.

I had the exact same problem, didn't get any successful help for it.

All I tried was to make sure you have the very latest patch, you can find them on these forums I believe!

Right click the installer, then run it as administrator.

Apologies as the red rep was an accident. I wasn't aware that I checked anything or did I even know you could give someone a rating. The offensive mark has been removed. Another question is can fr be upgraded or do u have to uninstall and reinstall?
